Commercial (paid license required): Any company, individual, or government entity with gross annual revenue or operating budget exceeding $1,000,000 USD.
Commercial users may evaluate WinDEETS free for 40 days. A license key must be purchased after this period.
Turbo Client Systems grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WinDEETS subject to these terms.
Free Tier: Full core feature access. Qualifying commercial users will receive periodic license reminder notifications.
Licensed Tier: No reminders. Enterprise support included.
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
Modify the software or create derivative works.
Bypass the license verification system.
Resell the software as a standalone product.
We may request evidence of revenue status. False declarations or failure to provide evidence constitutes a breach and results in immediate license revocation.
Telemetry: Anonymous usage stats may be collected.
License Checks: Licensed installs may ping our servers to verify key validity. No personal file data is transmitted.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TURBO CLIENT SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
This license terminates automatically upon breach of any term herein.
